Jose F. Lopez to Replace Isaac Lee at Poder

Jose Francisco Lopez, currently editor of the Mexico edition of PODER, will be replacing Isaac Lee as editor in Chief of Poder Magazine.

In the U.S. Hispanic market Televisa Publishing and Digital, which publishes Poder in editorial partnership with Page One Media, is increasing Poder's circulation to 400,000 in 2011. Televisa recently merged its Hispanic Enterprise  and Poder magazines into Poder Hispanic magazine. In addition to its U.S. Hispanic edition, Poder also has several Latin American editions.

Univision earlier today announced that Isaac Lee has been named president of News. The announcement of Lee's new leadership at Univision News is particularly interesting in the light of Televisa's recent purchase of a 5% equity stake in Univision as well as an option to signficantly increase its share in the future.
