Motorola, Inc. will change its name to Motorola Solutions, Inc., will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "MSI," and will have the following board members:

Ran Harnevo has been appointed senior VP of the newly created AOL Video division. Harnevo co-founded the 5min Media video syndication platform that AOL acquired in September. He reports to David Eun, prexy of AOL Media and Studios, and AOL Content Platform senior veep David Mason.

Armando Almeida has been appointed to head Nokia Siemens Networks' Global Services business. He will also join the company's executive board. Almeida currently is responsible for sales and operations for NSN in Latin America.

Horton has appointed Michel Locquegnies as Director of International Business Development. He will focus on Horton´s development of international markets, particularly Asia and Latin America. He has more than 25 years of experience.
