Changing Places: Jaime Cohen Szulc, Rita Rodríguez, Carlos Castro, Marc Menesguen…

Omnicom Group has named Rita E. Rodriguez Executive Vice President, effective immediately. In this newly created position, Rodriguez will lead multi-agency integration and innovation for PepsiCo. Rodriguez was previously CEO of Imagination, an experiential integrated communications company.

Marc Menesguen, a 25-year veteran of L'Oreal's marketing and general-management ranks, will run a newly created strategic marketing department as Chief Marketing Officer.Menesguen, who has been managing director of L'Oreal's luxury products division since 2004, will continue to report to CEO Jean-Paul Agon.

Jaime Cohen Szulc has been named President of Goodyear Latin America. He will assume as President next year. Cohen has worked for companies like Levi Strauss, Eastman Kodak, SC Johnson & Son and Procter & Gamble.

Harrenmedia has appointed Carlos Castro as one of its new Commercial Directors in Mexico City. Castro has previously worked for Televisa.

Ana de Martin has recently left her position at Starcom Madrid. Pilar Ulecia will replace her as General Manager. Ulecia has worked for MEC for about 20 years before taking this position.

Arena Media, the Havas media center, has appointed David Castiglioni as Digital Manager. Castiglioni has been working for Microsoft Advertising as Hispanic Country Manager. At his new position, he will be in charge of the digital development and media.

Andrea Rufino has been named Marketing Manager South America at Amadeus. Rufino will report to André Shirai Vieira, Marketing Director South America and will be based in Sao Paulo.
