TOA Technologies Names Bruce Grainger as New Senior Vice President of the Americas

 TOA Technologies, the Cloud-based predictive mobile workforce management and proactive customer communication solutions provider, today announced it has added Bruce Grainger to the company's executive team as Senior Vice President, Americas. Grainger will be responsible for overseeing all sales, account and relationship management activities for TOA Technologies across all targeted industries in the US, Canada and Latin America.

"Bruce's depth of knowledge and experience in sales and relationship management is a tremendous addition to the TOA team, especially as we continue our record growth and ongoing international expansion," said Yuval Brisker, President and CEO of TOA Technologies. Before joining TOA, Grainger spent four and a half years heading the Americas region for Oracle's Communication Global Business Unit (CGBU), which encompassed a target market of Service Providers (Fixed Telecom, Wireless/Satellite and Cable), Entertainment and On-line Media and Content verticals. Grainger came to Oracle in 2006 thru its acquisition of Portal Software. There he was a key part of the company's management team responsible for growing its Latin American market to 20% of its total revenue, with more than 50 customers across the region. Prior to Portal Software, Grainger lead sales efforts for the Geneva Technology product line at Convergys and earlier in his career Grainger spent ten years with EDS and American Management Systems (AMS) telecommunications practices. He served in a variety of sales and general management roles, spending several years on assignment in Australia, Latin America and Europe.
