Ngensolutions, Licensee Owner-Operator of Azteca América (Reno) Adquired by WENR

The holding company WENR Corporation announced it has acquired Ngensolutions LLC of Reno, Nevada. Ngensolutions is a media company with interests in radio and television properties located in Reno, Nevada. It is the licensee owner-operator of KRRI-LP Channel 25 and KELM-LP Channel 43 TV stations. Channel 25 is now broadcasting Azteca America in the Reno area.

Ngensolutions also owns an interest in KXTO-AM 1550 Radio, which is broadcasting and generating revenue. The company will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary. WENR purchased Ngensolutions for 5,000,000 shares of common stock and assumption of debt.

Dan Green, President and Chairman of WENR, and Tariq Ahmad, Director of WENR and President of Satview Ltd., are managers of Ngensolutions LLC. Both voted "Abstain" in the Board meeting for the approval of the acquisition of Ngensolutions.
