Parade Also Carried in Some Hispanic Newspapers (Premium Article)

A few weeks ago we reported how USA Weekend Magazine is increasingly published as an insert in Hispanic newspapers. We just heard back from Parade, a magazine that is distributed by more than 510 Sunday newspapers and has a combined Sunday circulation of 32.4 million. Parade provided the information below to our questions.

Portada: In which Hispanic Newspapers is Parade inserted?

Parade: Parade is carried in just a few Hispanic newspapers, including El Nuevo Herald in Miami and Al Dia in Dallas.

Portada: Are you actively pursuing newspapers that cater to Hispanics as a carrier Vehicle?

Parade: We are not specifically targeting Hispanic newspapers as potential carrier vehicles for Parade but would certainly consider partnering with a newspaper published in the U.S. if circumstances are appropriate

Portada: Have you ever considered to launch a Hispanic edition of Parade to be inserted in General Market newspapers?

Parade: Right now, we are primarily focused on developing our Web site, Parade.com, and our vertical titles, Parade's HealthyStyle and Dash, our new food magazine launching this fall.
