Mel Martinez has been named Chairman of Florida, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean for JPMorgan Chase. Martinez will serve on JPMorgan Chase's Executive Committee and will be the firm's senior executive in Florida and the region, representing the firm at the most senior levels in both the private and public sectors.  In this role, Martinez will help JPMorgan Chase continue to expand the communities they serve throughout Florida and the region.

BNY Mellon, the global leader in asset management and securities servicing, has appointed Juan Carlos Morales as president of BNY Mellon Mexico and general manager of the company's Corporate Trust business in Mexico. Based in Mexico City, Morales will oversee the strategic direction and expansion of the company's local capabilities and presence across all business lines in Mexico.

Adsmarket Latin America has appointed Sandra Torres as Account Executive. Torres at her new position will be in charge for the Spanish and Latin American accounts. She previously worked for Orange.

Eduardo Novión has left 180° to start working as Creative Director and partner for TBWA/Frederick Chile.

Luciana Serra has been named Media Director for Publicis Brazil. Serra has previously worked for Salles Darcy, Ogilvy, QG, F/Nazca and MindShare Madrid.

Saatchi & Saatchi X, the shopper marketing agency, has announced Verónica Cano as Client Services Manager Latin America. Cano will report to Adrián Farino, CEO Latin America and she will have in charge the P&G, Frito Lay, Walmart y Arcor Argentina accounts.

Pragma Interactive Colombia has appointed Duncan Campbell as Creative Director.
