CASA of Los Angeles (CASA/LA) announces that Dilys Tosteson Garcia, former Hispanic Ad Agency Head, has been appointed Executive Director to Lead Non-Profit's New Expansion Initiative. Prior to joining CASA/LA, Ms. Garcia headed Garcia & Associates. As an independent consultant, her client list included high profile brands such as Wells Fargo, Disney Consumer Products and Pacific Bell as well as public sector clients like Los Angeles County Department of Health Services.

Petry Network announced that Harry Neuhaus, an executive with 20 years’ experience in international television and digital advertising sales, has joined as Vice President, International. His career has included senior international sales positions within MTV Networks, Turner Broadcasting, Ask Jeeves and Yahoo!.

Lotus Entravision Reps (LER), the radio sales rep firm representing more than 125 Spanish-language radio stations, 75 websites and multiple mobile platforms, announced the appointments of Don Parsons to Vice President, Southeast Region and Jose Villafane to Senior Account Executive, Northeast Region.  Mr. Parsons, who joins from CaribeVision, will be responsible for overseeing the representation of LER's Spanish-language stations in the Southeast region and will be based in Miami.  Mr. Villafane, joining from Univision Television, will oversee sales for LER's Spanish-language stations in the Northeast region.

TRA, which provides TV measurement software that analyzes set-top box data, has named media-industry researcher Jack Myers to its advisory board. Also, joining the New York-based startup are: senior vice president of sales Fariba Zamaniyan, previously a senior vice president at Nielsen. Senior vice president of network sales Bob Pares, formerly TiVo's vice president of audience research and measurement sales and Vice president of product management Jonathan Sims, formerly Comcast Spotlight's vice president of research.
