  • Coors Light

New Coors Light Spanish language spots take the consumer to the core of an icy mountain to reveal new Coors Light packaging with windows to alert consumers when their beer is cold.  The innovative commercials, created by Bromley Communications, LLC, will air May 14 through September 30 on all Spanish-language television networks in the U.S.

Bromley has been the Latino advertising agency of record for Coors Light since 2000 and has previously produced award-winning campaigns for the Cold Activated Cans and Cold Activated Bottles.  This year’s technology enables the brand to include Cold Activation Window on all 12-packs and larger of Coors Light and Coors Banquet bottles and cans.

  • Nielsen

The Nielsen Compan is unveiling its in-language microsites for the Asian-American, Hispanic/Latino and African-American communities. The three sites highlight Nielsen's diversity efforts, explains measurement methods and services, how panels and surveys are representative of the diverse population and how data is captured and utilized.

Digital banners and print ads will direct recipients to the microsites which will be bilingual in English and Spanish as well as target the five largest Asian ethnicities.

  • The Vox Collective

Boutique advertising agency the vox collective announced a series of key executive decisions to expand its positioning and focus on emerging marketing priorities, including multicultural marketing, digital and social strategies and media, cause-related marketing, and branded content.

Joining the firm as Vice President of Client Services and Strategy is marketing communications maven Miriam Muléy. The company has also promoted Carolina Dammert to Assistant Vice President. Two other agency additions come via the media planning and buying team. Ana Aguilar joins the agency as media director. Supporting Ana is Rebecca Zabal, Associate Media Director.

  • AT&T

AT&T announced a high-impact campaign targeting soccer fans and built around its five-year relationship with the Mexican Soccer Federation (known as FMF or Federacion Mexicana de Futbol in Spanish) and its sponsorship of the Mexican National Team.

The campaign, themed "Soccer, At the Highest Level" or "Futbol, al Mas Alto Nivel" in Spanish, includes a new high-production Spanish-language commercial, interactive AT&T fan zones at three Mexico games to be played in the U.S. this May prior to the 2010 World Cup, as well as unique retail store events that will give fans the opportunity to meet some of Mexico's most popular soccer legends, including former national team player Jorge Campos, and Univision's beloved sports anchor, Fernando Fiore.

The new ad will run through this summer on national TV, while the retail store events will be held at the game cities and in other key markets.

  • Eclipse Marketing

Eclipse Marketing Services Inc. has appointed Fernando Estrada as Director, Hispanic Marketing. In this role, Estrada will undertake the development of Eclipse Hispanic marketing strategies and campaigns, while collaborating with clients to address their local market needs and opportunities. Karen Habib continues at Eclipse as Director of Hispanic Marketing and Strategic Planning.

  • JetBlue Airways

JetBlue Airways has tapped Boston-based Mullen as its new creative and media advertising agency after a five-month-long review. The Interpublic Group of Cos.' shop replaces WPP's JWT, which handled creative duties for the budget airline since 2005, and JetBlue's media agency, JWT sibling Mediacom.

Forest Hills, N.Y.-based JetBlue and JWT split last November despite a four-year run marked by JetBlue doubling its presence to 60 markets and earning a dedicated terminal at New York's JFK airport. The airline embarked on a pitch process one month later.
