New Business Directory launched by El Clasificado to Serve Latino Small Businesses

El Clasificado announced the launch of its latest online development for the Spanish speaking community: Pacoslist.com, an online business directory that helps local small and medium size businesses easily be found on major search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing. Businesses may add themselves to the directory for free or, for a few dollars a week more, El Clasificado will create a landing page or microsite with keywords and key phrases in both Spanish and English that attract members of their local communities. Businesses have the opportunity to have blogs, coupons, videos, menus, reviews and custom domain names in Spanish and English that further enhance the connection a business can make to turn their online visitors into customers.

The Pacoslist business directory platform uses advanced SEO and SEM technology, yet it is easy to use on a self-serve basis. However, as the mission of El Clasificado is always to accommodate the needs of the Latino business community, the Pacoslist directory product also includes training for business owners to modify their own listings, assistance in maintaining blogs, and tying their listings to Social Media like Twitter and Facebook.

The Pacoslist directory is well optimized and many customers are enthusiastically surprised to see their listing profile appear on the first page of popular search engine results within a matter of days after submitting their business listing.

"I placed my listing on Pacoslist a couple of weeks ago and so far it has generated many phone calls, which has resulted in consultations and ultimately, clients for my firm," remarked Frank Guliardi, an attorney who recently added his business listing on Pacoslist.

"Clients are seeing that although Pacoslist is a new site, it has the power of El Clasificado behind it, so it yields results quickly," explained El Clasificado's CEO and Publisher Martha de la Torre. "Through our own experience in successfully optimizing our website, we can transfer our expertise in optimizing websites to attract U.S. Latinos online to our small business clients who use Pacoslist."
