Changing Places: Patricio Ramal, Carinna Payano, Paul Bryan, Rene Yanes, Migdalia Figueroa…

Redbean Society announced two new additions to their staff. Patricio Ramal is now Director of Insights and Planning and Carinna Payano was named Senior Brand Agent.

Patricio Ramal joined Redbean Society most recently from Bravo Group where he was Senior Strategic Planner. Prior to joining Redbean Society, Carinna Payano held various positions working on CPG brands at Y&R and Wing (previously Winglatino)

Bromley Communications, LLC has promoted Paul Bryan to the position of VP, Director of Account Planning and Research.

As part of his new role, Bryan will focus on moving beyond outward facts through innovative methods such as digital eavesdropping, guerilla observation and longitudinal techniques to allow the department to get to know consumers and “to increase the chances of actually seeing how they will react to a variety of situations instead of asking them to tell us hypothetically," explained Bryan.

Rudy F. Ferrer, President/COO of Delta Media, Inc. has announced the hire of Rene Yanes to the position of Sales Manager - Los Angeles. Mr. Yanes has worked for organizations such as La Opinion, Vista Media, and Outdoor Media Specialists.

Telemundo announced that Migdalia Figueroa has been promoted to Vice President of Content for the Telemundo Station Group.  Previously, Figueroa was Vice President of Content at WSCV Telemundo 51.  The announcement was made by Ronald J. Gordon, President of Telemundo Station Group.  The position is effective immediately, and reports in to Gordon.

The BBC has appointed Nicky Douglas as Director, Marketing, Communications & Audiences for BBC Vision. Reporting into Sharon Baylay, Director, MC&A, BBC she will take up the post in October 2009.

As Portada reported on September 14 Guillermo Plehn has left Televisa Publishing and Digital.. The leading sales executives of Televisa Publishing and Digital, headquartered in Miami, now are: Madelin Bosakewich (US International Sales Director) Juan Jose Duran (Interactive Media Director), both report to Sergio Carrera (General Manager of Televisa Publishing and Digital).
