Changing Places: Carolyn Concepcion, Omar Kardoudi, Peter Davidson, Victor Zeiris, Yonathan Bendesky

Alain Groenendaal, CEO of Wing announced that Carolyn “CC” Concepcion and Omar Kardoudi have joined the agency as business development supervisor and senior copywriter, respectively. Concepcion and Karoudi are based in New York and report to Groenendaal.

Empire State Development announced the appointment of Peter Davidson as the agency’s new executive director. ESD described Davidson as a longtime media executive, having founded and operated six different media companies in New York in newspaper, radio, television, advertising, and market research, with many of them geared toward the Hispanic community.

announced staff promotions:

Victor Zeiris elevated to executive creative director; Yonathan Bendesky advances to senior brand leader; Cesar Argueta moves up to digital cognitive anthropologist also managing the agency's technology and other digital operations; Sarah Girma appointed executive assistant to the president.

All three promotions are effective immediately with Zeiris elevated to executive CD, Bendesky moving up to senior brand leader and Argueta advancing to a dual role overseeing the agency's technology and other digital services and as a cognitive anthropologist specializing in digital strategy.
