Tirso Navarro has been named President, CBS Outdoor Latin America, it was announced by Wally Kelly, President and CEO, CBS Outdoor, Americas. In this new position Tirso, who previously served as Director General for CBS Outdoor-Mexico, will oversee all Latin American businesses, including Mexico and South America. The appointment is effective immediately.

Antonio Alonso, who previously oversaw South America, was recently named President and CEO of CBS Outdoor's business in Europe and Asia, based in London.

Dewey Square Group (DSG) announced that it has hired Ginny Terzano, a preeminent public affairs and political strategist, to lead its communications practice.

Maria Cardona, founder of the firm's Latinovations practice, has been named to lead Dewey Square's public affairs practice. Both principals will join the firm's management committee, whose members oversee key decisions regarding personnel, budget and business development.
