Guillermo Plehn, Commercial Director of Televisa Publishing, with responsibility over U.S. Hispanic and Puerto Rico, has left Televisa Publishing. No substitution has been named yet.

Liberman Broadcasting, Inc. announced the appointment of broadcast sales veteran Andrew Wallace as Vice President of Midwest National Sales and Marketing. Based in Chicago, Wallace will be charged with strategically positioning the Estrella TV network, set to launch this month.

Gina Tinoco is the New South Eastern Media Rep for Cafe Magazine (Cafe Media, Circ. 45,000, Hispanic Lifestyle Magazine)

Gareth Bogue Full Charge Bookkeeper - A graduate of Wesleyan University, Gareth brings a breadth of experience in accounting, payroll, and human resource matters to support the Accounting Manager in maintaining the financial affairs of the agency.
