Bill Vincent has left his position as publisher and general manager of Rumbo Houston (weekly, circ. 100,000, Spanish), published by Impremedia. In an effort to make more effective use of common resources, impreMedia. is combining the four weekly publications into one cohesive group. All four will have one publisher based out of its largest weekly publication in Chicago (La Raza)   As one of the other three publishers, Vincent’s position has been eliminated. The other two weeklies are Orlando’s La Prensa and San Francisco’s El Mensajero.

Weber Shandwick announced that Lisa Sepulveda will join the firm as president of the Global Consumer Marketing practice. She starts on August 3rd, reporting to Weber Shandwick's Vice Chair Gail Heimann. Sepulveda was North American CEO at Euro RSCG Worldwide, where she oversaw U.S. operations and led integrated teams across multiple practices since 2006.

Joe Kutchera has launched dotGlobal, a media and e-commerce consultancy developing international monetization strategies for his media and e-commerce clients.  dotGlobal will focus on the cross-border content consumption and shopping habits of Hispanics and Latin Americans.  Previously, Mr. Kutchera served as Director of Spanish-language Markets for ContextWeb, operator of the ADSDAQ advertising exchange. 

The Reader's Digest Association, Inc. has named Karol Nickell as Vice President and Editor-in-Chief for its Home & Garden affinity, where she will be responsible for the affinity's brands based in Milwaukee including Birds & Blooms, Country, Farm & Ranch Living and Reminisce.

Robert LePlae is joining McCann Erickson as President of McCann Erickson North America, a new title, it was announced today by Eric Keshin, COO of McCann Worldgroup and Regional Director of McCann Erickson North America. The new role, based in San Francisco, is effective August 12, 2009. Previously, he held a similar post at TBWA.

Digital advertising media agency Mediasmith announced the promotion of Robert Cleary to Vice President, Media Director. Since joining Mediasmith earlier this year as Group Media Director, Cleary has contributed his executive level of thinking and synergy to the agency's innovative digital media strategies. He has been in the media industry since 1995 and previously held leadership positions with a variety of advertising and media agencies, such as Gyro International, Grey Interactive and JWT.

Auditude, announced that Mike Gaffney has joined the company as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In his role, Gaffney will be responsible for growing Auditude's customer base of publishers, content owners, distributors and their advertising partners who leverage the Auditude Connect platform to more efficiently manage video.
