New Co-Op Advertising Program for Lawyers and Clinics

Tampa, FL, based agency Mañana Marketing has put together a nationwide co-op programto advertiseLawyers and Clinics/Recovery Medical Centers coming together to combine their advertising dollars to create a dominant advertising presence within any given market. Mañana Marketing intends to implement heavy advertising on Spanish TV, Yellow Pages, Radio, Grass Roots and Out Door.

The effort is being coordinated by Mañana Marketing under the name of "Llame a Maria". A call center receives the collective calls for personal injury victims in each market and rotates them amongst the attorneys. The medical clinics are assigned by geography matching the injured caller with the clinic that can best serve their needs based on proximity to their home or work.

“Our unique service brings Hispanic lawyers, Hispanic clinics and Hispanic injury victims together through “Llame a Maria.” Maria is branded as the one to turn to for reliable access to information they need. In this type of business people want to deal with someone they feel they know and trust. That’s Maria”, Jeff Devin, president of Mañana Marketing tells Portada.

Devin adds that in the current economy the use of a cooperative media share provides the greatest amount of results for our clients by capturing the maximum Hispanic market share.

The System

All attorneys and recovery clinics pay an administrative seat charge in addition to splitting evenly the cost of advertising. “The basic premise is to advertise more than any one law firm would or any one clinic would thus creating synergy and acquiring a disproportionate larger amount of clients for our members above the single largest law firm advertisers in the market.”

Market domination via the largest budget combined with the use of making it easy and comfortable for the injured to simply ask what to do from a friendly third party source such as “ LLame a Maria has been proven to be  highly successful in both English and Spanish”, Devin tells Portada.

Examples of other Direct Response Vehicles for Lawyers and Clinics

A couple of examples would be Pregunte por Margarita and 1-800-ask-gary an English similar service but is designed to bring business to his Chiropractic clinics. ”Pregunte por Margarita” is a marketing angle specifically advertised for the law firm of Trolman, Glaser & Lichtman in NY metro area.
The law firm Manana Marketing clients include Supermarkets, Insurance, Pre-need funeral services, Auto Dealerships, Yellow Pages.
