Marcelo Salup had its last working day at Siboney, a NYC based Hispanic Advertising Agency on Friday May 28. Salup’s position was VP Media & Strategic Planning and he managed major accounts including Colgate, Got Milk and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Salup tells Portada that he is not taking a new position right away but intends to stay in the New York area.
National Cable Communications (NCC) announced the promotion of Ken Little to Chief Operating Officer. Little, formerly NCC's Executive Vice President, Technology and Operations, joined the company in 1993, and was instrumental in building the industry standard ad sales platforms used by cable operators across the US.

Google's AdWords operations chief Grady Burnett will quit the company and move from Ann Arbor, Mich., to join Facebook in Palo Alto, where he will lead the startup's growing self-service advertising unit. Grady is also a DoubleClick veteran.Grady will report to Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, herself a veteran of Google's self-service advertising business, called Online Sales and Operations (OSO) inside the company.
