TinBu hired Fernando Ascencio as Vice President of Latin American Operations Fernando Ascencio, a seasoned internet executive in the Latin American online space, will lead TinBu's growth efforts in Latin America and with Spanish speaking audiences in the U.S. Ascencio will be in charge of marketing TinBu's patent-pending technology and content channels to Spanish language online and wireless publishers in the U.S., as well as throughout Latin America.

Darren Scott former CEO of Primiro, a company that makes offline content available via mobile handsets, left Primiro. Pablo Traverso currently leads the company as Chief Operating Officer.
