Catalyst Telecom, a sales unit of ScanSource, Inc., has named Bruce Meyer its new vice president of merchandising. Meyer brings more than 25 years of experience to this position, having previously served as vice president of global marketing, direct accounts for KEMET Electronics. Meyer will manage the strategic direction and management of the company’s vendor relationships from a marketing, inventory and leadership perspective.
John Ryan announced that Jim Rice has rejoined the company as Executive Vice President of Market Development. Rice, who has nearly 30 years of experience in financial services, will help lead the company's sales efforts in North America as well as business development of digital signage systems for retail banks in Latin America.

Faura is the former President and CEO of noted Hispanic advertising agency Cultura.
ZGS Communications announced Ronald J. Gordon leaving later this month to become president of the Telemundo Station Group. Network officials say Gordon, who will work out of Miami and New York, has been assigned to oversee programming and business operations at 15 owned-and-operated stations and to vastly expand their online presence.
