Take Me Fishing On Board

The agreement includes a heavy presence for Take Me Fishing across ESPN2 and ESPN Deportes, which will air coverage of the ESPN Outdoors Saltwater Series.

With an eye toward developing an expanded presence in the saltwater fishing market as well as the Hispanic market, RBFF will expand its media alliance portfolio with ESPN Outdoors, which already includes an agreement with BASS. Integration of the RBFF into the ESPN Deportes coverage, which will be hosted by Jose Wejebe, was a cornerstone of the agreement.

In a groundbreaking effort to expand the popularity of saltwater fishing, ESPN announced in October 2008 that, starting in 2009, the ESPN Outdoors Saltwater Series will be aired in Spanish on ESPN Deportes, making it the first outdoors-related programming carried by the Hispanic network.
