Davidson Media Group Sold

Davidson Media Group, a radio station operator that runs multiple stations mostly in the eastern United States has been acquired by SS Broadcast Holdings LLC.

SS Broadcast Holdings is owned by private investor Sanjay Sanghoee. As part of the deal, top management and the company's CEO Felix Perez will retain their positions.

Davidson Media group specializes in Hispanic radio, as well as urban and Gospel programming. CEO Felix Perez said in a statement that the company is pleased with the development given SS Broadcast Holdings'track record.

As part of the acquisition, Davidson's loan agreements were restructured.
