Jeremy L. Halbreich is resigning as chairman, president, and CEO of American Consolidated Media (ACM), the Dallas-based chain he founded in 1998 and sold to the Australian investment firm Macquarie Media Group (MMG) last year. Halbreich will remain a director, and take the new title of non-executive chairman.
