JumpTV announced that Jordan Banks will cease acting as CEO effective June 27, 2008. In conjunction with this news, Mr. Banks did not stand for re-election as a director of the Company at last Friday’s Annual and Special General Meeting. JumpTV also signed a definitive agreement to merge with NeuLion. The company had announced its intentions to so earlier this month.
