QuePasa has replaced Rob Stearns as CEO with John C. Abbott who will also serve as chairman of the company’s board of directors.

QuePasa also replaced its CFO Charles Matthews with Michael Matte. Matthews will stay on in the accounting department.

Manuel has been named Creative Director at Lopez Negrete.

Shayne Walters is the new Vice President Sales, Western Region of ADS Media.
Carmen's Cupones, the company that Mr. Walters launched and led, is going to be
integrated into ADS. The move underlies the larger opportunities existing in the
Hispanic door hanger market.

Borja Perez is the new general manager of Yahoo-Telemundo. All the company's units will report to him, but sales which will be headed by Adam Chandler and Luis Romero.
