Changing Places [40-A]

GlobalHue has named Nelson Garcia as SVP President/Executive Media Planner and Buyer. Garcia will work in the New York office.  Tony Hidalgo, also in New York, is the new SVP/executive creative director. Liz Silvi has been promoted to Senior VP of Accounts  Zulema Arroyo, group account director of GlobalHue New York, has resigned from the agency.

David Lawenda will lead sales efforts for Univision Communications as president of advertising sales. He replaces Dennis McCauley and Tom McGarrity, co-presidents of advertising sales for the Univision Networks, who are resigning September 30.
