Sudler & Hennessy has begun a multiculturalad group for Pharma accounts. Daria Blackwell is the director for Multicultural Communications and Gwen Carter is the agency's New Media Director.

AOL has named Miguel Ferrer the programming director of AOL Latino. He will be responsible for driving growth in seven programming areas: Noticias (News), Deportes (Sports), Entretenimiento (Entertainment), Música (Music), Automóviles (Automobiles), Tu Vida (Lifestyle) and Dinero y Éxito (Money & Empowerment).

Thomas Oliver has relinquished his role as executive director of the NAHP. He will continue to serve as executive director of the NAHP's Foundation. Clara Padilla Andrews will temporarily act as executive director of the NAHP.

José R. Pérez has been named vice president of All You, (Time Inc., circ. 700,000, monthly) a position he currently holds for People en Español. As vice president, consumer marketing, Pérez will continue to direct consumer marketing programs for People en Español. He now adds ALL YOU to his responsibilities. In this role, Pérez will execute strategies to continue to grow ALL YOU magazine's customer base, improve retention metrics, and leverage brand awareness with consumers, advertisers and partners. He will continue to manage rate base to deliver quality audience for advertisers, conduct research to assess consumer involvement with product and promotions and support the sales team to drive advertising revenues, acquire new clients and position the titles with its competitive set.

Fabian Villegas has been named Media Supervisor at ID Media, the largest digital and direct media services company in the U.S. Reporting to VP, National Broadcast Director Joanna Travlos, Villegas will manage the health and fitness account Nautilus and will also contribute his knowledge of the U.S. Hispanic market.

Andres Fuentes is the new VP of sales at La Opinión. Fuentes was formerly general sales manager of Univision Radio's KTNQ-AM 1020 and KLVE-FM 107.5 in Los Angeles.
