Tania Villalon has been appointed as account director of MEC Bravo, the Hispanic communications division of Mediaedge:cia. She will be working on the Astra Zeneca brands and will also help identify emerging media in the U.S. Hispanic market.

Slivana Ritacco has been hired by L.A.-based RL Public Relations as account executive and will handle the Procter and Gamble and Heineken accounts.

Susan Solano has been promoted to senior vice president of consumer marketing for Telemundo. She will manage the company's creative strategy and implementation.
