José Alex Gómez has been tapped by the Spanish-language daily, La Opinión, to be Director of Marketing. Previously, he served as Account Director at Ethnic Marketing Group.

The Bravo Group announced that Eddie Gonzalez has been named Chairman and CEO of The Bravo Group, in addition to his responsibilities as CEO of Y&R Latin America. He succeeds Gary Bassell, who is leaving to pursue other interests.
