CGI Holding Corp. d/b/a Think Partnership Inc. (a public company) recently acquired Morex Marketing Group. Morex Marketing Group has three divisions Catamount Group, Babytobee and Hispanos Unidos.

Tina MacNicholl, COO of Morex Marketingand President of Catamount Group tells Portada® that the Hispanic market is one of Morex Marketing Group's main initiatives. The group recently founded Hispanos Unidos to provide turn-key solutions through multi-channel marketing solutions. “We will be executing direct response campaigns through off-line and online media channels,” says Paco Sinta, who heads Hispanos Unidos out of his Miami office. Hispanos Unidos will advise clients interested in direct marketing to Hispanics on issues such as list recommendation/brokerage, online lead generation, promotions, as well as to how maximize response with combinations of direct mail and online offering.

Diasdebebe.com

Babytobee.com, another Morex Marketing unit, and a portal for pre-natal and post-natal free offers for mothers will launch a Spanish-language website (Diasdebebe.com). Its main objective is to build a database of expectant Hispanic mothers through self reported information (online lead generation), says Sinta. The database will be managed by Catamount Group, a full-service direct response agency founded in 1998 that is now a unit of Morex Marketing, to generate additional revenue through list management. DiasdeBebe.com will also market online to expectant parents and offering sponsorship programs to advertisers (e.g. Gerber and Fisher-Price).
