The National Association of Hispanic Publishers (NAHP) named Tom Oliver as its new CEO. Oliver retains the title of Executive Director and CEO of NAHP Foundation. The NAHP has been searching for a new CEO for the past three months, but in the end decided Oliver was the best candidate.

Hoy Spanish-language daily with editions in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago announced Anne Kelly as the new Vice President of Advertising Sales. She will be responsible for Hoy's overall sales efforts, including developing plans and coordinating companywide sales. Kelly is a 15-year veteran of newspaper advertising sales with local and major account experience. She is currently director of major accounts for the Chicago Tribune.

Hoy also announced the promotion of Mike Odegaard to the role of Vice President of Circulation. Odegaard will oversee circulation strategy in Hoy's three markets and work closely with the local market general managers and circulation personnel. Additionally, he will oversee all audit reporting and Hoy's relationships with outside vendors. Odegaard joined Tribune Company in 1989 and has served in various circulation roles. His last two assignments were director of circulation for Hoy's Chicago edition and national circulation manager for the Chicago Tribune.
