Rumbo Partners with Food and Decor Expert

Texas newspaper chain Rumbo partners with Ingrid Hoffmann.

Latin-inspired food and decor expert Ingrid Hoffmann has been chosen by Rumbo to create a full-color weekly page for its four daily (Monday – Friday) Spanish-language newspapers targeted at the Spanish-speaking population in Houston, San Antonio, the Rio Grande Valley and Austin.

The focus of Hoffmann's weekly “Delicioso” page will alternate each week from food to decor. On Wednesday's in the “Buen Provecho” section, the page will provide readers with some of Ingrid's favorite and most popular recipes for delectable meals with a Latin flair. The following Thursday, the page will appear in the “Casa y Familia” section and focus on novel ideas for spectacular yet simple decor creations that are known to become the talk of the party for stylish hosts. Every week the page will feature colorful photos along with step-by-step recipes and guides.

“The Hispanic culture and tradition runs deep in Texas, and I'm very proud to be contributing to it with my recipes and creations in the RUMBO newspapers that have become the voice of Hispanics in the state,” said Hoffmann. “I look forward to sharing some of my very favorite recipes and ideas with readers throughout Texas in the years to come.”

 

A popular Hispanic celebrity both in the United States and Latin America, Hoffmann is best known here for her innovative food and decor creations that she offers in an eight-page monthly feature in the Spanish version of Good Housekeeping (published by Hearst Corporation). She also shares her trademark tips and ideas in live in-studio segments every two weeks on Univision's “Despierta America,” the highest-rated Spanish morning TV show in the country.

The newspaper publisher believes Hoffmann's feature will quickly become a reader favorite.

Now in production for its second season, Hoffmann's new “Delicioso” show airs during daytime and primetime hours every Wednesday six times throughout the course of the day. The website that complements the show – https://www.deliciosotv.com – features an archive of many of her most loved recipes and suggestions.
