Content

The July 11th (www.portada-online.com) piece on Foley's advertising campaign lacked credibility and accuracy. Your publication stated that we do not advertise in Spanish-language publications at this time. Our Latino and Spanish-speaking customers are extremely important to Foley's. That's why we currently buy advertising in Spanish-language publications in Houston, Dallas/Ft. Worth, El Paso, San Antonio and Austin. Additionally, we buy print advertising in Nuevo Laredo, Reynosa, Monterrey and Juarez, as well as Spanish-language broadcast in Houston, El Paso, San Antonio, McAllen, Laredo and Mexico. As for your final paragraph, at this time we are not a Federated department store. Foley's is still operating under the May Company.
