Isis Gonzalez is the new National Account Executive at Impacto USA (Media News Group, weekly, Spanish-language circ.250,000) . Gonzalez had been working as National Accounts Executive in El Clasificado (Spanish-language, circ, 210,000).

Tapestry, Starcom MediaVest Group's multicultural unit, upped Marla Skiko to VP/Director of Digital Innovation. She will manage the agency's new IP group and oversee research and integration as it pertains to the multicultural consumer with such contact channels as VOD, DVR, mobile technologies and gaming. Marla was previously director of investment.

Un Chin Magazine Announced the Appointment of Nancy Rosado as National Advertising Director. Rosado joins Un Chin magazine from the Wall Street Journal U.S. Hispanic Edition, where she most recently held the title of national account manager. Prior to the Wall Street Journal, Rosado worked as an account manager at Latina magazine. Un Chin, is a Latino-owned lifestyle magazine targeting a cross-gender, bicultural, audience. It depicts the changing face of a culturally rich population.
