Liz Sarachek Blacker is leaving her job as head of Yahoo's Hispanic effort to become senior vice president for media at One Economy, a non-profit organization that uses technology to improve the lives of low-income consumers. Ms. Sarachek Blacker, 36, joined Yahoo three-and-a-half years ago and was executive director of sales for Yahoo U.S. Hispanic.

Juan Arango has been named editor of Mundo Hispanico, Arango joins Mundo Hispanico from Hoy, the Hispanic daily newspaper published by the Tribune Company in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles, where he served as executive editor/senior vice president. .Acquired by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution in 2004, Mundo Hispanico is the largest Spanish-language newspaper north of Florida and south of New Jersey; it is distributed via retailers that serve Atlantaâ€TMs Spanish-speaking audience.

Matthew Spahn, was appointed senior vice president and chief marketing officer at ADVO, Windsor, CT. Spahn's prior position was Director Media Planning at Sears, Roebuck and Co.

QuadTech promoted Greg Kallman to National Newspaper Sales Manager. Kallman had previously been working as Regional Sales Manager responsible for the Midwest. QuadTech is a subsidiary of Quad/Graphics. Quad/Graphics is the largest privately held printer in the world.
