The new column is called “Los Jovenes hablan” and, according to Nuevo Mundo publisher Marina Hinestrosa, is supposed to be a bridge between parents and children. Hinestrosa tells Portada® that each week a young Hispanic person from the San Francisco Bay area will write a column. These columns will not be edited heavily by Nuevo Mundo's editors, because Hinestrosa wants to preserve the original voice of the writer of the column.
The San Francisco Bay areas Nuevo Mundo (weekly, circ. 52,000, Knight Ridder, Spanish-language), started a new weekly feature article in its entertainment section.
