- KableKonnect, a subscription fulfillment company which currently provides a database of magazine subscribers to a number of different titles, recently debuted a Spanish-speaking segment called KableConnect en español subscriber niche. The list, marketed by Mall Dunn Associates, contains 284,809 names obtained from the subscriber lists of 20 different publications. Sixty percent of the list is comprised of subscriber lists from publications produced by large publishing houses (e.g. Editorial Televisa). The remaining 40% of the names are subscribers to Hispanic publications that are too small to be marketed independently. All of these publications have Kable News as their fulfillment house. They include Celebrity Style Star Hair en español, Latin Teen and Urban Latino Magazine.
- Estee Marketing Group, New Rochelle, NY, took over management of several multi-sourced lists of Hispanic consumers. The Caliente lists are compiled from financial institutions, new-mover registrations, mail-order and direct response sources, and self-reported information. The lists include the Caliente Hispanic Mail-Order Buyers file, which has 1.8 million 12-month names and a base price of US $85/M, the Caliente Hispanic Hotline Master File, with 7.4 million 12-month names and a base price of US $85/M, the Caliente Hispanic New Movers Master File, with 3.3 million 12-month names and base price of US $85/M, and the Caliente Spanish-Speaking New Movers Master File, with 312,000 12-month names and a base price of US $95/M.
-Statlistics provides new selects (23,543 active subscribers, state, SCF and ZIP, 56% percent are male) to La Cocina Mexicana magazine. The publication provides opportunities and solutions to owners, operators and general managers of Mexican-themed restaurants. Restaurant owners receive up-to-date information on personnel management and training, recipes, equipment, promotional ideas and ideas on how to improve business practices.
