New Hispanic title from Workman Publishing
In April of this year, New York based Workman Publishing Company released Brain Quest Hispanic America written by Jorge Ochoa. An English-language title targeting Hispanic American kids ages 9-12, Hispanic America is a Brain Quest “extra” similar to Brain Quest Black History (311,000 copies in print), Brain Quest America (282,000 copies), and Brain Quest for the Car (1 million copies in print). The book/trivia game includes 850 questions and answers on Hispanic history and cultural heritage, from El Cid to Sammy Sosa. The book/game is distributed through Barnes and Noble, Walmart, and Amazon, as well as many other on-line and retail stores. Workman Publishing's Brain Quest has also teamed with HispanicOnline.com (recently acquired by Editorial Televisa) to promote the new Hispanic America edition. Brain Quest provides questions posted on Hispanic Online and gives away 25 sets of the game.
