Spanish entrepreneur Eduardo Sánchez Junco, owner and publisher of Hola magazine, and French publisher Hachette Filipacchi Medias (HFM) joined forces to publish Oh-La in France. Oh-La (weekly, circ. 110,000), owned 50/50 by both companies and launched in September 1998, is the French edition of the Spanish Hola (weekly, circ. 730,000). Sales will be primarily circulation (newsstand) based. HFM will have operating responsibility for the maga-zine. Anne-Marie Couderc, director of HFM's Magazine France division will lead the joint venture and Patrick Marescaux will lead the editorial team of Oh-La>
