Do us mid-sized cities need more hispanic newspapers?

According to sources at the investment bank Veronis, Suhler & Stevenson, entrepreneurs and investment bankers are looking to launch small market, daily newspapers and weeklies targeted at Hispanic readers. Most of these ventures will target medium-sized US cities. Approximately 21% of the population of medium-sized US cities is Hispanic.
