Spain's Prisa forms joint venture with Colombia's Casa Editorial El Tiempo

Prisa, the publisher of Spain's El Pais newspaper, and Casa Editorial El Tiempo (CEET) will create a new company, Grupo Latino de Publicidad (GLP Colombia), that will offer various services in the communications, marketing and advertising sectors. CEET owns El Tiempo newspaper and its supplements Eskpe, Motor, Viajar, and Carrusel as well as magazines such as Alo, Enter, Gestion as well as a local TV channel and various magazines. Prisa is present in Colombia via its radio station Radio Caracol, Colombia's most popular radio network with 6'600'000 listeners.
