Cancellation of tickets must be provided in writing to Portada. Cancellations postmarked not later than July 31, 2014 will be refunded minus a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation made after July 31, 2014 will be fully due and/ non-refundable. Substitutions will gladly be accepted at any time.
