Refunds/Cancellations: Cancellation of tickets must be provided in writing to Portada. Cancellations postmarked not later than August 15, 2009 will be refunded minus a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation made after September August 15, 2009 will be fully due and/ non-refundable. Substitutions will gladly be accepted at any time.
