América TeVe Network, the independent Spanish-language channel in Miami, will operate, distribute, and sell advertising on CV Network's stations as part of the deal.
The stations include WFUN-Channel 48 in Miami, CV 34 in New York, and CV 24 in Puerto Rico. America TeVe is a South Florida's independent TV channel and broadcasts 24 hours a day, Sunday to Monday, and its programs enjoy extensive coverage on Multiple Systems Operators (MSO) such as Comcast, Atlantic Broadband, DirectTV, and Dish Network, among others.
