Terra Brings NBA Games to United States and Latin America

Nov. 19, 2009

Beginning with the 2009-2010 season, Terra will stream select games live throughout Latin America, in both Spanish and Portuguese.

Hosted by sports guru Freddy Suarez and with commentary from César Stagno, the games will be available live on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and on demand for 72 hours following the games via the NBA channel on Terra TV. Throughout the broadcast, viewers will be able to chat in real time and get statistics on players and teams—without missing a jump shot, block or foul.

In addition, Terra will give Hispanic audiences in the U.S.—which comprise 15 percent of the league’s fan base—access to NBA news, highlights and videos of the best moments (and moves) from the NBA season. All the action will be available at www.terra.com/deportes/nba/
