The National Association of Hispanic Publications, Inc. (NAHP) and the National Hispanic Press Foundation (NHPF) announce their new joint executive director, Mary Ann Gomez starts on June, 2009. The NAHP and NHPF return to the National Press Building where Ms. Gomez will manage all sponsorships, partnerships, alliances and programs for both organizations.
“We are very excited about Mary Ann Gomez serving as our executive director. Her expertise in public relations and public affairs, as well as her corporate marketing background brings us a wealth of knowledge and we are looking forward to taking NAHP to a new level with her leadership to better serve the members,” stated Clara Padilla Andrews, President of the National Association of Hispanic Publications and Publisher of El Hispanic News and Más New Mexico newspapers.
